Toddler Programs

Check out our programs for you and your little one! Programs may include an animal presentation, craft, stories, songs, creative movement, or discovery stations. Cost covers both a child and one adult. Confirmations will be mailed.  

Unless otherwise noted, all Toddler Programs:

  • Are for 2 or 3 year-olds.
  • Provide a snack.
  • Meet from 10 am – 11 am in the Zoo’s Education Building.
  • Cost $12 per child with adult (member) or $15 for child with adult (non-members).
  • Cost $4 for each additional non-participating child
  • Include siblings younger than two years old for free.
  • Require advance registration and payment.

2 Year Old Programs

 

Swimmy Swimmers

Thurs, Mar 4 or Sat, March 6

Dive into the middle of this program. No need for fins or flippers - these animals have their own.

Hippety Hoppers

Thurs, Apr 1 or Sat, Apr 3

Frogs hop differently than kangaroos. Bring your feet because we'll see who jumps the farthest. 

Up a Tree

Thurs, May 6 or Sat, May 8

Stretch your arms and minds. Swing by for an overview of how animals like to climb.

3 Year Old Programs

J is for Jaguar

Here kitty, kitty. Join us as we call the Zoo's housecat and compare it to yours.

K is for Kangaroo

Thurs, Mar 11 or Sat Mar 13

Can you hop farther than a kangaroo? Practice your skills and learn from our animal experts. 

M is for Meerkat

Thurs, Apr 8 or Sat, Apr 10

Get to the root of a meerkat's life - living underground keeps them and their family safe.

N is for Nanny Goat

Thurs, May 20 or Sat, May 22 

Get to know our new goats and the role they play in the Zoo's Barnyard.   

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellations must be in writing—no phone or email cancellations will be accepted. Mail to: Education Department, OKC Zoo, 2101 NE 50th, OKC, OK 73111.
  2. No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to program start date.
  3. Classes are transferable to children in the same age group; however a 20% service charge will apply for any changes in the original registration.
  4. The Zoo reserves the right to cancel classes if registration is below our required minimum.
